Why does sound healing make meditation feel easier? 🎶✨

Healing frequencies and soothing vibrations help guide the mind into a more relaxed, present state without forcing stillness. Instead of trying to “quiet the mind,” the sounds give your attention something gentle to focus on.

Sound healing can help:

• Calm mental chatter

• Relax the nervous system

• Support deeper breathing

• Create a sense of grounding and safety

• Encourage the body to release tension

• Make it easier to drop into meditation naturally

The vibrations can be felt throughout the body, helping many people reach a meditative state more quickly and with less effort. It becomes less about “doing meditation right” and more about allowing yourself to receive and simply be.

Come experience the calming restorative benefits of Accu detox with a skilled and experienced practitioner. Drop in anytime between 4 pm and 7 PM and settle into a peaceful space does designed to help you unwind reset and restore balance. You can stay for the full 45 minutes or just up to 15 minutes. The choice is yours. There will be tea served for those who choose to stay and enjoy a grounding moment of stillness as this is an open invitation to pause and care for yourself please bring at least a $10-$20 donation

Join us for a creative and fun-filled evening at our event! Get ready to unleash your artistic side and create a beautiful piece of glass.

Location: Verdant Nature Creations (Loveland)

We will craft a 7-inch piece of w¼ in thick. All materials will be provided and guided step by step. Different color options (20+) will be available so we can get creative! Resin will be used, and gloves will be provided. This project will require 24 hours of drying time, so the glass will be taken home in a box provided during the workshop.

You will choose your design before this workshop, with the option of 4 different glass suncatcher projects.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional grounding, or a moment of stillness, this is an open invitation to pause and care for yourself. No registration needed, and only a $10- $20 donation is asked for, but not required.

We invite the community to come together for a sacred gathering to ground down and recenter, honor & celebrate our traditions, and find inner & community connection. We celebrate the year and give thanks for the upcoming bountiful harvest of all that we have planted and watered in 2026. We will hold workshops, including Mala Making 101 with LovEnZen Apothecary, and classes, including Herbchat and Wild Knapping, throughout the day. Outdoor yoga classes will be available through out the day as well as sound healing offerings by Kristy Mayer & Nora of Pursuit Of Vitality. Our amazing vendors, tarot readers, massage therapist Kirsten Bishop of Grounding Wellness, and Leona St.Louis of Rising Sun Rejuvenation Spa, and other healers will be in tents around the space from Noon-5pm. We will have food and drink vendors as well!
